• Complete the EssentialScan Diagnostic (business name, industry, revenue, challenges, goals, and other business inputs)
• Purchase the EssentialScan Business Audit (name, email address, billing information processed by our payment provider)
• Book a debrief or discovery call (name, email, and calendar information via our booking tool)
• Contact us directly by email or through any contact form

We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This is used solely for website performance and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver your EssentialScan Diagnostic results and custom business roadmap
• Schedule and conduct your private debrief call

Completed scan results are stored securely via Google Sheets (accessed only by authorized team members at Major League Essentials LLC) and are used exclusively to prepare for your debrief call and track your engagement with our services.

Payment information is processed and stored by our payment provider (Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your full credit card number on our systems.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide services and for legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party tools to operate our services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe / PayPal — Payment processing
• Google Sheets / Google Workspace — Secure data storage and internal operations
• Calendly / Cal.com — Call scheduling and calendar management
• Mailchimp / Email provider — Transactional and follow-up email delivery
• Hostinger — Website hosting

These providers access your data only as necessary to perform their functions on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using your information for other purposes.
