1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services offered by Major League Essentials LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including the EssentialScan Navigator™, the EssentialScan Business Audit, and the B.O.S.S. ARCHITECT ACCELERATOR PROGRAM™.

By purchasing our services or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

The EssentialScan Business Audit includes:

• Access to the EssentialScan Diagnostic tool — an industry-specific business assessment
• A custom-generated Business Health Score and 30-60-90 day roadmap based on your inputs
• One (1) private 60-minute strategy debrief call with a Major League Essentials consultant
• Tool and systems recommendations tailored to your business
• A KPI tracking framework based on your industry and revenue stage

The debrief call must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of purchase. Failure to schedule within this window forfeits the call portion of the service.

3. Payment & Pricing

The EssentialScan Business Audit is offered at $997 USD as a one-time payment. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

Your purchase constitutes access to the services described in Section 2 and does not include ongoing consulting, implementation support, or access to the B.O.S.S. ARCHITECT ACCELERATOR PROGRAM™ unless separately purchased.

4. Refund Policy & Performance Guarantee

Due to the digital and time-intensive nature of this service, we do not offer cash refunds after the debrief call has been completed. If you have paid but not yet attended your debrief call, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the debrief call has not been scheduled or completed.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of the EssentialScan Business Audit, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when completing the diagnostic
• Schedule and attend your debrief call within the 60-day window
• Engage in good faith during the debrief call
• Take responsibility for implementing the recommendations provided

Results depend significantly on your commitment to implementing the roadmap. Major League Essentials LLC provides strategy and guidance — execution is your responsibility.

6. Disclaimer of Results

The EssentialScan Business Audit provides diagnostic insights, strategic recommendations, and a personalized roadmap based on the information you provide. While we are committed to delivering high-quality, actionable guidance, we cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or business results.

Business results depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, execution quality, team performance, and external circumstances. Testimonials and examples used in our marketing represent exceptional results and are not typical.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, frameworks, methodologies, and materials provided by Major League Essentials LLC — including the EssentialScan Navigation System™, the B.O.S.S. System™, and all associated roadmaps and reports — are the intellectual property of Major League Essentials LLC.

Your personalized roadmap and report are licensed to you for personal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or use our proprietary frameworks to deliver services to third parties without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all business information you share during the EssentialScan Diagnostic and debrief call as strictly confidential. We will not share your specific business details, financials, or strategic information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

We may reference general outcomes (e.g., "a retail client improved cash flow") in our marketing without identifying you personally, unless you provide explicit written permission to use your name or business name as a testimonial.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Major League Essentials LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities — arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Major League Essentials LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
